Payment
Payment for the total amount of goods ordered is taken by debit or credit card and is processed in total safety. By submitting your credit/debit card details, you warrant that you are authorised to make payment with the specific card and that sufficient funds are available for the order placed.

To place your order go to the Shop page, browse the categories and select your items, remember to specify the exact quantity and size/weight that you require. Press Buy Now and check out. If you have any queries please contact us.
Delivery
All deliveries within the United Kingdom (UK MAINLAND ONLY) will be made free of charge. For delivery outside of the United Kingdom MAINLAND, please contact customersupport@cruga.com
Orders and Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 24/48 hours after ordering (excluding orders made on weekends and public holidays).
Orders that contain meat/ Boerewors should be placed before 9am Thursday, ORDERS RECIEVED AFTER THURSDAY 9AM WILL BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. If you have any special delivery requests please do not hesitate to contact us.
All orders are checked twice by two members of staff to ensure that your order is correct.
Prices
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance.
Claims
Claims can be made by calling us on 01908 565 432 or by emailing customersupport@cruga.com. Any claims made before prior communication with the Cruga customer service department will not be considered. Orders sent via couriers will not be considered for any claim if you sign for them being received in good condition.
a) All goods must be counted upon receipt.
b) All goods need to be checked within 24 hours after receipt.
c) Any claim in respect of the above should be made by telephone to Cruga service department within 48 hours of the delivery.
d) Credit may not be given for goods returned without prior agreement from Cruga Returns.

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with any item purchased through our Online shop you may return it FOR A FULL REFUND. Please return items without delay. After 14 days of delivery, Cruga reserves the right to reject any returns.
